Sandy Togonon is a recognized expert in the field of compensation with over 20 years of experience gained largely from SMC. Her experience and expertise covers both the design and actual administration of the whole range of total rewards encompassing developing strategic rewards programs, job evaluation, salary structures, executive compensation, various benefits programs (retirement, health care, loans), stock options, expatriate compensation.
These programs were developed and applied in various industries, in both local and international setting. She has been invited to conduct various training programs in compensation and to speak in various local and international conventions. She has served as one of the past President of the Compensation Management Society of the Philippines and is also a member of the american-based professional organization World at Work. She is also an active member of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines
Sandy completed both her BS Industrial Engineering course and MBA from the University of the Philippines and has attended various training programs and international conferences abroad, including Change Leadership in the prestigious IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Ces del Rosario has almost 20 years experience in SMC. As an SMC executive, she has established her expertise in the areas of:

A BS Psychology graduate from the University of the Philippines, she has attended the Managing the Organizational Change Program at Wharton Business School, the Organizational Career Devt. She has also conducted benchmarking visits on HR systems & programs with AT & T, the Citicorp HQ in NY, and The Coca Cola Co. in Atlanta, GA.
